Our story
Guard Security Training was founded in 2024 in Abu Dhabi, UAE by a team of security practitioners who spent years running red team engagements, incident response, and security operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
We noticed a pattern: organizations invested heavily in perimeter and endpoint security, but human risk remained their blind spot. Awareness training existed, but it was compliance-driven, annual, and ineffective. Employees sat through a 45-minute slideshow once a year, ticked a box, and forgot everything by the following month.
We built Guard to change that. Our approach treats security awareness as an ongoing, measurable program — not a checkbox — with continuous measurement, adaptive training, and realistic simulations that mirror real-world threats targeting your industry and region.
